Weight Watchers Recipe

I started Weight Watchers about a month ago. I am down 5.8 pounds (after 3 weigh-ins) and have had a loss every week so far. Hooray! Here is one of my favorite (adapted) recipes (it’s 2 points if you count points and 0 points if you do follow the Simply Filling technique – like I do).

Autumn Fruit Salad

1/2 C fat free plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Zest from 1 lime

.

You can use ANY fruit you want in yours. I like this combination:

.

2 small apples (I like granny smith), diced (I like mine peeled)
1 C grapes, halved
1 orange (I cut the orange in rings and then separate the small pieces of orange)

.

Combine the first three ingredients and mix well. Add fruit and stir until all fruit is coated. This tastes better if it sits in the fridge for awhile so all of the tastes combine. I. Love. This.
