I know there was a thread going about canning chicken. I did this last year and have loved using it! Just been watching for a good price. Can anyone help me find the thread or suggest a good price recently on fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts?

The Buy Low market in Provo said that they will have boneless skinless breast for .99 a pound in a 40 pound box about 3 or 4 times a year.

Macey's currently (through Tuesday evening) has 20 lb boxes for $29.99 = $1.49/lb. Not bad - I really haven't seen it much lower than this in a long time. You can buy breasts or tenders this way.
I'm going to try canning my chicken for the first time. I hope it works!
