In the Summer edition of Today's Diet & Nutrition, there are 2 separate websites listed in different articles that look good. The first one is www.exerciseradio.com
The article says "...is an Internet radio station broadcasting fitness music on four channels: cardio, kickboxing, strength, and yoga. The music is categorized by beats per minute - important because they help you train at an optimal, consistent pace...the station offers free tips and video iPod workouts from leading experts and can be accessed through iTunes, RealPlayer, or WinAmp."
The second one is http://coolrunning.com
under the training tab to next page on the left under new runners there is a "couch to 5K" beginners running program as well as other programs for more experienced runners.
Also one plan that I am looking forward to is starting next week in the weekly health/fitness portion of the Tucson Citizen. They are starting a week by week training schedule for riding your road bike/training for El Tour de Tucson race in October. I ride 17+ miles/day 3-4 days per week on my road bike and am looking forward to these articles to maybe give me a change of pace with my regular route.
