goldfish crackers. Cheez- it's are another really popular one at the school where I work. Carrots don't get eaten by most of the kids unless you bring ranch dressing too.

Probably too late for this year, depending on when school started, etc, but my daughter's kindergarten teacher asked each kid to bring in 100 of something "small" - like grapes, cheez-it's, mini ritz crackers, m&m's, sunflower seeds, etc...
She mixed it all into a large bowl then gave each kid a paper cup scoop of it for a snack. 100-Day Trail Mix...
