On top of the London Eye in England! We had gone over there with his brother to visit his family. We were in a car with his brother and grandparents. It was great! He had gone a few weeks earlier with his Mom to pick out a ring and I actually took it to England myself without knowing. His Mom was worried I would see it or one of the boys would loose it so they wrapped it in a larger box and told me it was for his Grandma for a surprise gift. So I had it on me the whole time, even made sure to give it to his Grandpa in private so his Grandma wouldn't see it. I was so surprised to find out I had the ring the whole time. He did good and even called my Mom before we left to ask permission.

My husband and I mountain bike the same trail all of the time. It over looks the entire Salt Lake Valley. He took me mountain biking one Saturday and at the end we sat over looking the city as the sun went down. He had music playing (which he never had on our normal rides) and then he asked. It was perfect and meaningful.
We were later married 7000 feet in the air in a hot air balloon over Park City.

On Old Main hill in Logan overlooking the temple - with a plastic ring from a bubble gum machine! We bought my "real" ring together shortly after.
