For a list of all the best deals at Albertsons this week, click here:
Albertsons Printable Shopping List (Some coupons used in the list may not have been available in all areas of Idaho.) View the ad here: http://www.pinchingyourpennies.com/A...0408_Idaho.pdf (This ad is valid for Idaho only! Other areas may differ.) For simplicity, I took the meat discount off the Unilever/Kraft items on the shopping list. Just so everyone's head doesn't explode, I suggest you do the same. Don't think of the meat as free. Think of the meat as being regular price, and then you'll get the second/discounted price of the Unilever/Kraft items on the list. Either that, or you can think of it as getting the meat for free, but then you'll be paying the first/full price on the list. Those are still great prices though, especially after coupons. Either way you want to think about it is fine with me, just be aware that you aren't getting the meat free AND the discounted/second price on the Kraft/Unilever items. So.....spend at least $40 on participating Unilever products (see the link in the first post for participating items, don't just assume all items on the shopping list are participating) and $10 more in Unilever or Kraft products for a total of $50. In the same order, purchase your ham or turkey for around $20. You'll get a $20 instant deduction at checkout, making your turkey or ham free. Then you'll send in your receipt to Unilever and get up to $20 back, depending on how much your ham or turkey was. (If you purchase an $18 turkey or ham, you'll only get $18 back from the Unilever rebate. If you purchase a $22 turkey or ham, you'll only get $20 back from the Unilever rebate.) Mail-in rebate offer: Purchase $40 worth of Unilever products and one ham or turkey and receive a ham or turkey rebate up to $20. Can someone please help? I am having a hard time figuring out how to copy and paste this printable list for Albertsons so that I can only print what I want. I have a MAC so it's doing all kinds of funky stuff. I don't want to print all of this. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you!

What a fun shop this will be!!! Crazy to keep track of, with the Unilever rebate and all...... Thanks for all your work PYP!!!!
Anyway..... Would someone mind posting Milk prices at Albertson's after you do your shop??? (for the Jello coupon) (I like to write a list of everything I'm doing before I go... so I can easily tell if the total at the cash register is correct....) TIA!!! |

ok, I did this deal this morning @ the poky store. I tried to do a $75 transaction and only one $10 meat discount came off. So the cashier told me I had to split the transactions into 3 different ones. So I had to buy an extra $10 meat (one $20 ham, one $10 roast, one $10 pork; instead of just one $20 ham and one $10 roast) for each of the 3 transactions . And then that didn't work so he had to enter in the meat discounts himself each time, not only that but -- I lost about $10 in discount because I should have been able to use my cool savings coupons of 10%. So definitely not as good of a deal as it should have been.
I just thought I'd give a quick warning that it doesn't work out so well. This week was a bummer for me. ps I'm 100% sure each of my products was part of the promotion, I triple checked. |

Can you buy some stuff in the $1 range and some in the $2.50 range and have it equal $25 and then still get the $10 in meat? Or does everything have to come from the same price range to equal $25?

I'm new to this and I haven't ever heard of the Unilever promo before. I'm seeing things for Unilever coupons from the 5th, but were those supposed to come in the paper? I get the Standard Journal and didn't see anyting. I didn't get the doublers either. Anyone have any idea why?

You can mix and match everything in the sale to equal $25.
At the worlds Best Albies **** Broadway **** the $10 discount wasn't coming off automatically. She noticed and entered it by hand. Thank goodness. Additionally-if you're after the Jet Puff marshmallows, Philly cream cheese, Cool Whip, Nilla Wafers - there is an additional coupon on the display by the Meat Department. It's a recipe thing - with $1.25/3 items for Philly, Nilla, Cool Whip. And a separate one for JetPuff .50/2. Also try asking Frank for an additional coupon on the Powerade .75/2. Get 5 coups if he still has some. Buy 10 powerade, get 5 free and .75/2 x 5. $.25 each!!! Broadway Albies was totally out of milk except for Reeds Dairy and a few flavored things at 8:00 am. Very fun shop - Good luck and have fun! When you're done at Broadway Albies - slip over to that Rite Aid - next door. Their easter candy is 50% off and there were lots of M&M's, Hersheys and Reeces items left. I got way more than I need for my 4 Easter baskets - 12 items for $18.00. And that includes some choc bunnies that I didn't have coups for. I hate to see this Rite Aid close - but it saved me a bundle today. |

You can get more info on the Unilever deal at makinglifebetter.com, there is a thread in here somewhere (lol) about it. You'll have to find someone with a submission form, we didn't get them in IF or apparently in your neck of the woods either.

Does anybody know where I can find a deal on Texas Roadhouse Gift cert? I saw one on a blog & didn't bookmark (kicking myself as I write). It was $25 off of $50. Please post the link if you find it. Thanks!
