does anyone know the price for Hunts tomato paste and for Stagg chili, the small cans??

Thanks again for doing this. It makes it so much easier for comparing before I go to Albertsons.

I was once told that the Kirkland Diapers are actually made by Huggies, therefore the same...and that is why they quit selling Pampers. Just what I was told!

I was told that too. That is how Costco will do it, they actually have the company private label them. That is also true for the Kirkland brand laundry soap. It is Tide. The film was made by Kodak.

Default Almond Butter

I buy a 12 oz jar of MaraNatha Almond Butter at Smith's for $8.xx. I just noticed at Costco yesterday that they sell a 26 oz jar of it for $6.xx (same brand). So you get more than double the amount for $2 less. That's a great deal on Almond Butter.

Can I ask where you heard this from?

This is sort of true. Kirkland Lanundry detergent is actually made by a company
in Utah. Huish detergents--they have a new name now. Huish once made some Tide items.

Costco tries to match or surpass quality of its target brand. Costco has really good buyers and you can feel confident that you are buying quality.

Tortillas, uncooked[QUOTE]

Does anyone know the quantity and price for the uncooked tortillas? I bought some at Smiths the other day ($3.29 for 12--ack! They sure were yummy though). I'm afraid I'm a convert to them, so I'm hoping Costco has them for a decent price.

Does Costco really carry the uncooked ones? I would LOVE it if they do! They're so much better, but you're right - they are expensive at Smith's.
