Default Organic

Costco has a lot of Organic things also. Do you mind including them also?

cheese is high on my list, especially the Tillamook shredded which has always been such a great deal at Costco. I am shocked by the "sale" prices of cheese at other stores right now.... $5 for 8 oz of regular cheddar?? Shopped at three stores and the lowest I could find per pound was $4. I think I turned white when I saw that, hopefully no one was watching.... seems like we can live without a lot of stuff, instant oatmeal and fruit snacks included, but even the most basic recipes often have cheese. Dewey I don't know how you do it, this list has saved me SO much time and stress in unit pricing!!!

Default Diapers

thanks for the prices. The last time I was there it seemed like diapers had gone up a lot so I didn't buy any. Was I just making it up? I need diapers again already. Potty training is looking better and better.

last time I checked, for regular prices the Smiles/Parents Choice brand at Wal Mart was the best price per diaper, with pretty good quality. Roughly $10 a mega pack. Better than Costco or Sam's brand prices since they raised their prices... for a long time Sam's had the best, then they raised their case price suddenly by forty percent.... that was a couple of years ago.

Oh, I do love this comparison list. It is great to see if a product in another store really is a great deal or if you can get it cheaper at Costco. I understand that this list is quite long, but I wondered if I could add 4 items that I have often come to this list to see if they were there:

Krusteaz pancake mix
Grandma Sycamore bread
Tide Liquid/powder
Batteries (Kinds & price)

Thanks for all the work in getting this together--it is fabulous!

Default Cornstarch?

Does anyone know the price of Cornstarch at Costco? I need about 20 cups (don't ask) and wondered what the price would be vs buying at my local grocery store....

THANKS!

I can add them. I used to have batteries on my list - wonder how I deleted them...

I'll put it on my list - unless you find out sooner.
