very few stores double or triple coupons in Utah.
These events are usually well advertised by the stores.
They only happen a few times per year in various locations.

eta ~
Albertson's started doubling coupons in 2009. They print Doubler Coupons in their Ad that allows you to double the value of one coupon (up to $2), for each Doubler Coupon you redeem.

Kmart also started advertising Double Coupon (up to $4) events that last for 3 days. It's not available at every store, but will be advertised in the Sunday Ad for your area when it's available. Keep checking the Ads for your store.
