Default Pressure cooker recipes

Now that the electric pressure cookers are all the rage, what are your favorite pressure cooker recipe?

I'll admit, I've had mine about a month and it's still in the box. I'm sort of afraid of it! I'd really like to learn to cook in it before summer hits so I can keep my oven off!

I have an Instant Pot. It stayed in the box for about 6 months until I was brave enough to figure it - which was only about a month ago. Now I use it all the time!

I love making red potatoes in it. I use the "saute" button and put it on low, add a little oil, potatoes, and minced garlic. I "brown" it, but they never really get brown, but the minced garlic is able to cook and infuse flavor. I salt them heavily with garlic salt and dill and stir. I pour in about 1/2 c of chicken broth and then pressure cook for about 8 minutes. I do a quick release instead of waiting for it to release naturally.

We tried yogurt yesterday. I've done some chicken and eggs successfully. I tried a rump roast, but it was really dry. I need to try that again.
