if someone uses the " & " character, instead of the word AND

if you quote a sentence with that character, it will mess up and look like amp

The "&" is called an ampersand sign. I think when you use "&" in the forums sometimes it doesn't always translate correctly...so you see &amp or some other version. Maybe someone else can elaborate on WHY it happens. HTH

There are three different editors you can choose in the Control Panel on PYP.
One of them, the Advanced Editor, has a bug where it adds the AMP thing whenever you use the & symbol. We recommend the Standard Editor. It has plenty of editing and formatting features, without the "bug."
