Default What's for dinner 1/21?

What are you guys having? Chicken something for us but we are tired of chicken but it's what we have..... I have scouts from 4-5 and didn't think to start the crockpot this morning. Suggestions? Inspire me!

French Dip sandwiches.

I'm not sure what else yet. But, I am doing really good if I know what the main dish is by this time of day.

Throw your chicken in the oven with BBQ sauce on it (if you have an onion and green pepper cut them in slices and put them on top of the chicken,add a can of pineapple chunks; drained, too), and bake for an hour at 375 while you do scouts. As for me and mine, it's DH night to cook, so it's spaghetti, garlic bread, and green salad. Easy to make!
