My husband bought this for our family for Christmas. We LOVE it. You put it in the freezer 24 hours before you want to make ice cream and it's ready to go. It makes super creamy ice cream. I had to start limiting my husband to how many batches he can make because we both started to put on some pounds.

We bought this because I have a son with severe dairy allergies. This way he could enjoy ice cream like the rest of us when we can make it with soymilk or ricemilk. I love it!! It does take some planning in that you have to stick it in your freezer for 24 hours before you make the ice cream though. We love it!

We have it and love it also... my only complaint is our family has almost outgrown it. There is never enough to satisfy all of our tummies!

Have you been to Sub Zero Ice Cream (they have a few locations in Utah County)? This is a great place to go for ice-cream with those with allergies. They make their Ice Cream right on the spot (kind of like a science experiment - pretty cool) and can use Rice/Soy milk instead of dairy. We take our dairy-allergic child there every so often so we can all enjoy.

I love mine! I made DH Egg Nog shake the other day. Make like you would ice cream but used 1/2 milk and 1/2 cream so it comes out like a frosty. PERFECT. I want some now but my makers in the wash

I was wondering if this is a good price? I remember this one coming on sale around Christmas but I don't remember what it was going for. Anyone?

Please don't put this ice cream bowl in your dishwasher! Must be handwashed.
