Using a Scentsy warmer to diffuse essential oils?

Has anyone ever used their Scentsy warmer to diffuse essential oils?

I'm wondering if it would work. If so, would I just add the oils to the top of the warmer? How many drops? Would I need to add water to it? The one I'm mainly interested in diffusing would be Thieves and maybe Lavender and Lemon too... I've been adding a drop of Thieves to boiling water and diffusing it that way. I've also been adding it to a water bottle and spritzing it around the house and using it to clean as well. It would be wonderful if I could just add a bit to my scentsy warmers each morning.

I've done it. I just added some distilled water and then drops of oil. It doesn't seem to be as strong as when I've added them to boiling water though. and it does evaporate pretty quickly on the warmer, so you have to keep at it everyday.

You will be able to get the smell from the oils, but heat breaks down the health properties....
