Default Anyone have a Costco Pumpkin Pie recipe?

Best pumpkin pie in the world. I'd love to buy one, but haven't a membership. Anyone have a copycat recipe?

Next to homemade, my family loves Costco pumpkin pies the best. When we went to Hawaii, they even had them there and of course, we had to buy one.

Try this recipe, but substitute half and half for the evaporated milk. I also increase the amount of spices, too.
Here's a recipe for homemade pumpkin pie spice, if you need it. Happy baking!

Thanks! The link to the recipe takes me to the pumpkin pie spice. Is that right?

A Costco Cash Card might also be an option for you. See http://www.costco.com/browse/product...rodid=10024438

I think they use sweetened condensed milk instead. My mom replaces the milk in the Libby recipe with sweetened condensed milk and it tastes so much like the Costco pie.

Totally serious. I tend to go to Costco way to much anyway even when I don't need to buy anything but just to get my two kiddos out of the house. Just let me know.
