Default Best place to buy almond butter?

I'm wondering where is the cheapest place to get almond butter? I've never eaten it, but I'm interested in trying it in some new recipes. Any info would be great. Thanks!

I've heard that Winco is pretty inexpensive.

costco has a 26 oz. jar of all natural almond butter for under 5 dollars. Can't remember the exact price. Best deal I have seen.

As of 8/2/2010 Sunflower was $5.32/lb
As of 10/9/2010, Winco was $4.22/lb
As of 12/13/2010, Good Earth was $4.15/lb

Not sure if any of the prices have changed since then.

The best price I've seen is at Costco. As Sherry00 stated it's just under $5 and it's the big 26 oz jar of Maranatha.

Thanks, everyone! Too bad I don't have a Costco membership anymore.....I checked Sam's Club today, but didn't see it there. I looked right next to the peanut butter. Would it be in a different place?

Maybe I'll try WinCo.

do you have a friend that has a card? Have them go get you a few jars. I'm in N. Ogden if that helps you, I go there every week.

I bought mine at Wal-mart. I can't remember what I paid. Sorry. But it is there.

I tried it and am not found of it. I do need to try it again, though. Our rule is we have to try something at least 2 times.

The Roy Harmon's has a container that I believe is 8 oz. of the Marantha (spelling may be wrong) on sale (possibly closeout) for 99 cents.
