Default Ribeye 20 for $25

or is it 25 for $20? Has anyone bought meat from this Omaha meat truck? Did you like the steaks?

Just saw the truck at 36th & Wall Ave in Ogden -- wondered what the quality is?

I've bought Omaha before - but this is "too cheap" for Omaha IMHO

Um....that sounds WAY too cheap for Omaha Steaks. I mean their's is like.....5 or 7 for $25? Now mind you, worth every penny of that price, but 25 for 20 (or whichever way) sounds like someone is trying to pass off their cheapy steak as top of the line based on people know Omaha steaks are killer

I....would hesitate

Default Omaha

I know - that's what I thought, too --- there was definitely an OMAHA sign on the huge truck with the "sale" sign

I have heard them advertise on the radio several times before - but always in the SLC area and I wasn't going to drive down there to buy some - but they are in my neck of the woods....

Just hoping someone has tried them out!

See this article: Omaha does not door-to-door or from trucks. Omaha Steaks would like you to contact them with any info on the trucks.

I did stop by one day to see what the hype was and they are very thin steaks. There were 4 in a package. To get a "normal" size steak you would have to eat probably 3 of these steaks. I did not buy any but in the 5 minutes I was there, I would guess 6 or 7 people did.
