Crock Pot Meatballs
 
I will be adding more recipes as I try them out. :biggrin:

I made these for Xmas appetizers and they were devoured within 30 minutes by 14 people.
They all wanted me to add more Pineapple for the next party we have.
Armour meatballs are already pre-cooked. I toss them into the crock pot straight from the freezer.
Sometimes I leave them in the fridge overnight to thaw.

Crock Pot Sweet & Sour Meatballs #1 (my recipe)

3 packages of Armour Meatballs - NOT the Italian spice kind - just Regular
2 bottles of La Choy Sweet & Sour Sauce - it's a bright pink color like at Chinese restaurants
2-3 cans of Dole Chunk Pineapple drained -save it in case you need to add moisture to the pot to prevent Meatballs from sticking to bottom.
1-2 teaspoons Brown Sugar (optional)
Cook for 4 hours on High or Low if you cook them longer - the Meatballs will soak up the flavoring

Sweet and Sour Meatballs #2 (thanks Lp2@PYP)

1 pkg. fully cooked meatballs, thawed
(can use little smokies instead of meatballs)
cup ketchup
cup grape jelly

Combine ketchup and grape jelly in a sauce pan.
Cook over medium until jelly dissolves.
Add meatballs and cook until meatballs heated through.

Sweet & Sour Meatballs #3 (thanks Dewey)

2 lbs hamburger
1 cup bread crumbs (I usually use crushed stuffing mix)
1 envelope onion soup mix
3 eggs
12oz bottle chili sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup brown sugar
16oz whole cranberry sauce
about 1lb sauerkraut, drained

Combine hamburger, bread crumbs, soup mix and eggs. Mix well, form into balls and place in crock pot. (or skip this and use frozen meatballs!)

Combine chili sauce, water, brown sugar, and cranberry sauce. Cook until it begins to boil. Stir in drained sauerkraut and pour over meatballs. Cook on low about 8 hours in the crock pot. Or you can bake it for about 2 hours.

Crock Pot BarBQ Meatballs for SuperBowl Treats (my recipe)
3 packages of Armour Meatballs - NOT the Italian kind - just Regular
Cattleman's Mesquite BarBQ sauce.
Frank's Hot Sauce (optional) just a few dashes to taste
1-2 teaspoons Brown Sugar (optional) to taste
Cook for 4 hours on High or Low if you cook them longer

Crock Pot Italian Meatballs (my recipe)
3 packages of Armour Meatballs - Italian or Regular kind
2 bottles Ragu Spaghetti sauce.
Frank's Hot Sauce (optional) just a few dashes to taste
3 cans of Button Mushrooms
Diced Onion (optional)
Cook for 4 hours on High or Low if you cook them longer

Serve inside Hoagie Rolls with grated Parmesan or Mozerella Cheese.
Serve Sauce in cups, along with cubed chunks of French Bread. (if serving Meatballs as an Appetizer)

Dump it on cooked Spaghetti too!

Sweet and Spicy Meatball
Ingredients1 jar (9 oz each) Knott's Berry Farm Pure Strawberry Seedless Jam
1 can (10 oz each) RoTel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 pkg (16 oz each) frozen cooked meatballs
Chopped fresh parsley, optional
Blend jam and tomatoes in crockpot. Add meatballs and cook until heated through. 3-4 hours on Low, 2 hours on High
