Default Asparagus and Blue Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Hereís the recipe, allimaree! - Just in case you donít show up to dinner Sunday

This is a really easy recipe!

Asparagus and Blue Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Bacon, cooked until crisp (you can leave the bacon out if you want)
Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Asparagus spears, crisp cooked
1 cup, or more, crumbled blue cheese
salt and pepper
olive oil

Pound the chicken breasts until thin, 1/4-1/2 ď thickness. Lay the chicken flat and top with 2-4 Asparagus spears (the number depends on how big the chicken breasts are). Top with blue cheese and bacon. Fold the chicken tightly over the filling and secure with toothpicks.

Add salt and pepper to some flour on a plate. Roll the chicken bundles in the flour. Quickly brown the top and bottom of the chicken bundles in some olive oil. Place in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through. I like to eat this with some seasoned rice.
