Its a cold pasteurazation process.. The millk is only heated for roughly 17 seconds then cooled down immediately. You can taste the difference and quality in the milk. Having worked for Albies for close to a quarter of a century you would be shocked at what ALL GROCERY CHAINS not just Albies do to their products and what they hide from their customers.. Made me sick!!
