Default Canned Tomato Juice recipes

I have several large cans of tomato juice that I really don't know what I can use them with. Do you have any good recipes that would use canned tomato juice?

LazyBear's Chicken Taco Soup use juice in place of stewed tomatoes.

LazyBear's Pasta e Fagioli Soup like Olive Garden's view here
Ingredients:
1 40 oz can tomato juice
1 lb lean ground beef (cooked) - I use mild breakfast sausage.
1 26 oz can or (2) 14 oz. cans stewed tomatoes Italian flavor
1 md onion (finely chopped)
4 stalks celery (chopped)
2 14 oz cans water (if necessary)
4 carrots (grated)
3 tblsp beef soup base or Wyler's granules
half a medium zucchini - (seeded and cut into tiny cubes)
2 14 oz cans black beans
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
Dash hot sauce to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 cup corkscrew pasta, macaroni or salad pasta is fine too. (cooked or add more juice if uncooked)

Optional: add 1 pound of cooked Italian sausage.

Directions:
Saute ground beef until browned thoroughly and drain grease-set aside. Bring ingredients to a boil. Add meat and Simmer for an hour on Medium Low. Stir often to prevent ingredients from sticking to the bottom of pan. Add more juice or water to keep soup from getting too thick; as the noodles absorb the liquids.

Nemo gave me a yummy chicken and rice pilaf recipe once that calls for tomato juice.
It had some complicated name but I just call it "Nemo"chicken. LOL
I'll try to add it here soon.
Gotta run to the store right now.
