Default Face paint recomendations

What kind of face paint do you prefer? Crayons type or paint and brush?

Here are face paint sticks (6 pack) which are like crayons for $4.68:

Do you like that? I haven't had experience with them. The reviews say they smear more easily but they seem less messy and we won't need brushes. What do you think?

I have some I got from Jo-Ann that are just washable paint that are in containers like the second link on your post, they work great, they stay on, but wash off easily when you want to take it off.

I did not like the crayon ones. They work okay, until the tip breaks off, which is not very long. Also, when I was doing kids faces, their faces are so squishy and move a lot and the crayons were dry so it was hard to draw smoothly. I would love to find a good recommendation also.

I researched this for quite a while at Halloween time and the best paint I found for the best price was at Michael's. It was the Snazaroo Ultimate Face Painting kit for $24.99 and used the 40% off coupon. It has a brush and is well rated on Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Snazaroo-Ultim...rds=face+paint
