I found a Toddler's beanie pattern online and decided to use scrap yarn to try it out.

I also changed the pattern and cleaned up some mistakes.
The sizing was off, so I think it fits a child about 3-5 years old.
(I'll have to find a model to try it out)

I call it Granny's Garden. LOL! It took about 4 hours to finish.

There are 8 flowers around the hat.

There are 8 flowers around the hat and the black center of each flower was too plain, so I added a crocheted yellow button.
Do you mind sharing the website that shows how to make this cute beanie? Thanks!!!

Default Hats for Boys or Men

1/26/09 takes approx. 1 1/2 - 2 hours to complete

1/27/09 this hat took 1 hour to complete
it's easier to see the yarn loops one lighter colors, so it works up faster
