sorry....I hope this is not to far off topic, but I haven't used my cauliflower yet and it is starting to get little black dots (probably mold) on part of it. Can I cut off the black parts and use the rest or is it too late and I should toss it?

I'm pretty sure it's not mold. I believe they are bruises. If they aren't soft and mushy I just cut them off and still use the cauliflower.

I took the liberty to 'sticky' this thread as I need inspiration!

Here is my rough draft menu:

Meal #1 Street Tacos (salsa made from majority of last week's Mexican pack)
Meal #2 Stuffed Peppers/Pablano Peppers (green peppers & Pablano from last week)
Meal #3- Orange Chicken, Stir-fry veggies, steamed rice (asparagus, green beans + leftover veggies from the past weeks)
Meal #4- Tomato, Onion, Squash, garlic sauteed, toss w/pasta, fruit salad
Meal #5- Turkey, stuffing (using veggies from last week, too)
Meal #6- Homemade noodles
Meal #7 Curried Rice, side of green beans, rolls

Lots of fresh fruit, smoothies and salads, too.
