Default What kinds of cheese does Noodles & Co use in their Mac & Cheese?

My teenage DDs always loved my baked mac & cheese until they tried Noodles & Company. Now they are spending CRAZY amounts of $$$$ for Macaroni and Cheese that seems very similar to mine, except they use some "secret" blend of cheeses. (It IS very good, but come on....it's macaroni and cheese!)

So. . . any guesses? I am terrible at figuring these things out. Any help would be appreciated.

TIA

According to a recipe I found, it's Monterrey Jack.
