Default Fiesta Chicken & Rice Bake 5 min prep!

This was the easiest recipe on earth to make. It took 5 minutes to throw in the bake pan and into the oven. I would recommend this for anyone!

From: Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Bake Time: 45 minutes
Serves: 4

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Cream of Chicken Soup OR Campbell's® 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup (I used off brand)
1 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa OR Pace® Picante Sauce (i just used whatever i had)
1/2 cup water
1 cup whole kernel corn
3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice ( I used 1 cup)
4 boneless chicken breast halves (I used 3
Paprika ( i didn't use)
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

MIX soup, salsa, water, corn and rice in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with chicken and sprinkle with paprika. Cover.

BAKE at 375°F. for 45 min. or until done. Sprinkle with cheese.

Tasted like a mexican dish. You really didn't taste (salsa) but you tasted the tomato spices and so forth. IT just was great!
