I just use a little mayo and mustard - sometimes a little sweet pickle relish and then sprinkle the tops with paprika.

I like equal amounts of mayo and sour cream. Add a little yellow mustard, dill and salt. I like a little finely chopped celery and onions for crunch, but others donít.

If you want something different, stir in some chopped up cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese. Yum.

These are a bit spicy but everyone loves them. Use these measurements for 12 hard boiled egg:

Ĺ cup light mayonnaise
2 Tbs. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbs. dry mustard
ľ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Paprika (to sprinkle on top if you want to)

I fry bacon real crispy and grind it up really fine in a food processor and mix it with the yolks and mayo.
