I learned how to make easy and perfect boiled eggs right before Easter…bake them in the oven!
Place eggs in a muffin tin. Bake at 325 degrees for 22 minutes (longer is you have extra large eggs). Place in a large bowl of ice water to cool.
Thats it! They turned out great!
UPDATED:The eggs did come out with brown spots on them, which I was told might happen. They did wash off the shell, but several eggs had the brown spots on the inside as well. I was able to pick them off pretty easily without much noticeability. These were the easiest eggs to peel, the shells slid right off!
