Coming up Saturday January 12th from 11:00am-4:00pm, Sam’s Club is offering FREE health screenings! Best of all, you don’t have to be a member to participate, this offer is open to the public.

The screening tests will include glucose, total cholesterol, HDL (good cholesterol), risk ratio, blood pressure, body fat percentage, vision screening/testing and hearing.

This is an awesome way to get a very basic overall look at where your health is at absolutely FREE! (These free screenings are offered on the second Saturday in January, April, July and October.)
