A quick and easy (and frugal!) Summer Dish

I know summer is almost over, but I had to make this today and wanted to share:)

This a quick pasta salad that can be used as a side or a main dish, depending on what you add to it.

The Ingredients:

1: Box of pasta (any kind will do, I’m partial to the tri-color rotini noodles)
2: Can of Olives
3: Can of sliced mushrooms
4: Italian Salad Dressing
5: Cherry or Grape tomatoes

Step 1

Boil the pasta,

While the pasta is boiling, slice the olives and tomatoes (i’m lazy and just did the tomatoes in halves and the olives in thirds)

Drain the pasta and run cool water over it. Add the tomatoes, olives and mushrooms. Toss with salad dressing and enjoy!

I have added in the past, broccoli and cauliflower, cubed cheese, chicken or ham, etc.
