I headed to CVS to work on the spend $30, earn $10 gift card deal for the week. Both Coke and Finish Dishwasher detergent are part of that promotion. I also ran into the 75% Christmas clearance.
I bought
4 Finish $3.50 – $2.15 = $1.35 each
1 Diet Coke $3.34
2 Hallmark Cars Christmas Ornaments $1.75 each
1 Monkey Christmas Ornament $1.25
-$6 ECB
Total $8.46 OOP
I need to go back and spend another ~$12.56 to earn the $10 gift card for this week’s promo. You can see more of this week’s deals HERE!
Here are some other “Christmas” clearance finds… items that were likely considered Christmas gifts. They were marked 75% off at my store but may not be at your store. And don’t forget there were also toys in the Christmas seasonal section as well!
Scan, Scan, Scan!
I headed to Target yesterday to stock up on Smart Ones and hunt for any hidden/leftover Christmas clearance.
I bought:
10 Smart Ones $1.89 – $3/10 TQ – $3/10 MQ = $1.39 (earn $5 Target GC wyb10) = $0.79 each
My Christmas Clearance Finds…
Mickey Mouse Appetizer Bowl $0.99
Scotch Tape $0.20
Christmas Ornaments $0.20
Bath Poof $0.19
Star Wars Gloves 2pack $0.49
Harry Potty Legos $0.34
Christmas is likely ringing up INF (Item Not Found) today but if you ask nicely you might find a cashier that will sell any remaining Christmas stuff at 90% off. It never hurts to ask!
I went to another Target to hunt for more Christmas clearance but this store was only 70% off still.
So I picked up a few deals with Target Qs.
3 Market Pantry Mac & Cheese $0.67 – $1 TQ = free
2 Pasta Sauce $1 each + 2 Whole Wheat Pasta $1.09 – $1 TQ = $1.09 for each set of pasta and sauce!
Great things to pick up for the food pantry if you don’t need or want them!
You can see more Target deals here!
Some Target stores hit 90% off yesterday… one of my local stores went 90% off today. (And another is still stuck at 70%, UGH!)
I picked up almost $100 in gift bags/tissue for under $10!! Woo Hoo
I also found a few other things…..
Now would be a great time to swing by your store and see if you can score any AWESOME deals!
P.S. Check other departments too…The tape was found in the stationary aisle. Harry Potter Lego Bag by the register. Snicker doodle cookie mix in the baking aisle and puzzle in the toy section…
I found one of my local CVS locations has Christmas marked down to 75% off already!
So I picked up
And don’t forget to check the Christmas toys, those are also getting marked down with the Christmas clearance section. This cute talking cash register was marked down to $5 (from $20)!
My other two CVS stores still have Christmas at 50% off.
The Super Target in Tucson went 70% off Christmas Clearance today. I checked two other stores and heard two additional stores in the Tucson area remained 50% off today.
Various timers, cords, etc…. all 70% off. I am not sure what we will keep yet.
I hit Walgreens up a few times this week. Mostly for the Children’s Advil deal. I was lucky enough to have both the Walgreens Baby Coupon Book and $2 Advil MQs!
Order #1
Order #2
Then I went back and bought 2 Brut after shaves (not pictured) B1G1 $6.99 – (2) $3 RR from above, total $0.99 + tax OOP.
And I picked up another 12 Infant/Children’s Advil to donate next week. I stopped at the boys pediatricians office and grabbed a stack of $2 MQs! I paid $1.62 for each set of 1 Infant and 1 Children’s Advil and then earned a $3 RR! So I was “paid” to grab a great donate item!
If you are curious about tomorrow’s sale check out the Walgreens preview HERE!
With my black Friday deals and resulting ECBs, I am now back in the CVS game.

The batteries are $12.99 and the deal is in store only.
I scored a great deal on Huggies at Target!!
The $3 Huggies Qs from the Walmart Insert won’t work because it is only good on bigger packages.
