I headed to CVS to work on the spend $30, earn $10 gift card deal for the week. Both Coke and Finish Dishwasher detergent are part of that promotion.  I also ran into the 75% Christmas clearance.

 

I bought

4 Finish $3.50 – $2.15 = $1.35 each

1 Diet Coke $3.34

2 Hallmark Cars Christmas Ornaments $1.75 each

1 Monkey Christmas Ornament $1.25

-$6 ECB

Total $8.46 OOP

 

I need to go back and spend another ~$12.56 to earn the $10 gift card for this week’s promo.  You can see more of this week’s deals HERE!

Target Trip: Smart Ones + Final Xmas Clearance Finds

I headed to Target yesterday to stock up on Smart Ones and hunt for any hidden/leftover Christmas clearance.

 

I bought:

10 Smart Ones $1.89 – $3/10 TQ$3/10 MQ = $1.39 (earn $5 Target GC wyb10) = $0.79 each

 

My Christmas Clearance Finds…

Mickey Mouse Appetizer Bowl $0.99

Scotch Tape $0.20

Christmas Ornaments $0.20

Bath Poof $0.19

Star Wars Gloves 2pack $0.49

Harry Potty Legos $0.34

 

Christmas is likely ringing up INF (Item Not Found) today but if you ask nicely you might find a cashier that will sell any remaining Christmas stuff at 90% off. It never hurts to ask!

Quick Target Trip

I went to another Target to hunt for more Christmas clearance but this store was only 70% off still.

So I picked up a few deals with Target Qs.

 

3 Market Pantry Mac & Cheese $0.67 – $1 TQ = free

2 Pasta Sauce $1 each + 2 Whole Wheat Pasta $1.09 – $1 TQ = $1.09 for each set of pasta and sauce!

 

Great things to pick up for the food pantry if you don’t need or want them!

My Target 90% of Christmas Finds!!

Some Target stores hit 90% off yesterday… one of my local stores went 90% off today. (And another is still stuck at 70%, UGH!)

I picked up almost $100 in gift bags/tissue for under $10!! Woo Hoo

P.S. Check other departments too…The tape was found in the stationary aisle. Harry Potter Lego Bag by the register. Snicker doodle cookie mix in the baking aisle and puzzle in the toy section…

 

CVS Trip: 75% Christmas Clearance

I found one of my local CVS locations has Christmas marked down to 75% off already!

 

So I picked up

  • Hallmark Cars Ornament Set $1.99
  • 2 Christmas Flash Lights $2 <— Great stocking stuffers!
  • 2 Snickers $0.22
  • – $6 ECB
  • Total $0.47 on a gift card

And don’t forget to check the Christmas toys, those are also getting marked down with the Christmas clearance section. This cute talking cash register was marked down to $5 (from $20)! 

My other two CVS stores still have Christmas at 50% off.

I hit Walgreens up a few times this week. Mostly for the Children’s Advil deal.  I was lucky enough to have both the Walgreens Baby Coupon Book and $2 Advil MQs!

And I picked up another 12 Infant/Children’s Advil to donate next week. I stopped at the boys pediatricians office and grabbed a stack of $2 MQs!  I paid $1.62 for each set of 1 Infant and 1 Children’s Advil and then earned a $3 RR! So I was “paid” to grab a great donate item!

I bought a $10 CVS gift card with my $10 ECB gift card from the 1st order….

 

Between both trips, I spent $12.27 and a $10 ECB for everything, and I now have a $10 CVS gift card and $12 ECBS. So essentially everything was free.
