I am still in my pjs and my kids are threatening to pinch me at any minute.

Usually we have Corned Beef for dinner, but today we were invited to a party, so I have no idea if we are eating corned beef tonight, I hope so! Before finding PYP I had no idea how to cook a corned beef.
