Now that it is beginning to warm up, I have been starting to think about some of my favorite spring and summer meals. Today I wanted to share a super easy chicken salad recipe that I received from a friend. This is so easy, yet one of the most flavorful chicken salad recipes I have tasted! It makes a lot, chicken salad can go a long way on a bun.

Easy Chicken Salad

1 can Costco chunk chicken
mayo (enough to taste and texture preference)
1/3 c. finely chopped purple onion
1/3 c. finely chopped celery (or more if you like celery)
Mrs Dash seasoning, to taste

Mix togeter well, and let sit in the refridgerator for several hours or overnight before serving for best flavor. Serve on buns or hard rolls and fruit on the side.
