This morning when I woke up there was a definite chill in the air. It could be that Fall is finally coming to Northern Utah. There is a smell that I associate with fall and the coming holidays. It is the smell of Hot Spice Punch. Here is my family recipe. It will fill your home with the sweet aroma of the season. Use this amazingly priced Cuisinart pot to make it in!

HOT SPICE PUNCH

Ingredients

5 qt water
3 C sugar
1 teaspoon ground cloves
2-3 cinnamon sticks

1 (46 oz) can pineapple juice
1 (6 oz) can frozen oj concentrate (undiluted)
1 (7.5 oz) can frozen lemon juice (or 1 C fresh lemon juice)

Instructions

Boil first 4 ingredients for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve.
