When you want to eat ribs, remember that the only fork you’ll need is a Spanish Fork because that is where Lons BBQ and Grill is located. They’ve got hoards of the saucy finger food. You can find everything from pulled pork to beef brisket to chicken at Lons, all barbequed to tender perfection. This protein fueled eatery is located near the freeway making sure you can navigate to it easily, so don’t worry about hunting for dinner.
You can get Lons meats in a few forms: plain with sauce and sides, in sandwich form, or on combination plates. Each day they pick a menu item, for example the pork sandwich, and pair it with some other goodies to become the days special. The combo is given preferential treatment and offered to you at a lower price. This is a pretty new business in the area.
