Whether we like it or not, no matter how many times we say what’s on our mind and do what our heart or mind tells us to do, we still end up having regrets. Nobody is entitled to tell you how to live your life. Stop pleasing others and you’ll find true happiness.

Happiness versus Seriousness

While it is more than recommended to act and think like a responsible adult there’s a fine line between being mature and being a control freak. Learn to loosen up, relax, have fun, laugh more and not take things so seriously all the time. Moderation is essential when it comes to leading a happy life with little to no regrets.
