Back-to-school time means free or almost free layaway from Kmart! Starting a layaway in the summer is a great way to take the sting out of buying new clothes and school supplies for the little ones. You can make payments on everything throughout the summer and pick it up just in time for the first day of school.

Right now, Kmart is also offering free layaway in stores or one penny down layaway online! Shopping online, at least for some items, makes things SO much easier in my opinion! You can also make your payments online, so you don’t have to head to the store every two weeks to make your payments.

To create a layaway online, just head to checkout and look for the “Pay With Layaway” box.
