I found this offer in the Dec. 2009 issue of Martha Stewart Living. It doesn’t say who to address the letter to. I would just address it as The UPS Store Free Subscription Offer.

I did this right away, for the everyday food magazine. Received an invoice back this week, requesting $5.50. All it said is that "I asked them to bill me when I signed up." There is a phone number, might call.
$5.50 for 10 issues is still pretty good.
