  1. It's actually $4.99 per roll, not $2.99. But still a great deal.

  2. Woo hoo! I always get so embarrassed when I have to buy toilet paper in bulk at the store. Great deal and now I don't have to blush! ;o]

  3. I almost bought a bunch but after reading the poor reviews, I knew my husband would kill me if I bought it. (looks like I'm writing this under his name too. . . oops!)

  4. It said because of my delivery area I could not get the deal. I didn't know Nephi was that out of the way….

  5. If you paid $4.99 a pack you did it wrong!!!! I got 5 packs for $16 with shipping.

  6. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

  7. For those who think it's 4.99, it's not when you use the code. It's only 2.99!!! Sweet deal! Just ordered mine! 🙂

  8. It won't ship to Pthrovo, anyone else have this problem?

  9. I did it! Got 10 packages! For about $31.00.I hope it goes through!

  10. How can we rectify the price if we did do it wrong.. I want the $2.99 price not $4.99.. can someone help…

  11. It is only 4032 sheets, if you buy 5 packs, for a little less than $16.00. Costco's Kirkland brand is a two-ply selling for about $18.00 for 15,300 sheets. It is only 36 rolls, but they have 425 sheets per roll compared to Marcal's 168 sheets per roll.

  12. Thanks Kira for the info. I did more math using your numbers and if you priced the Marcal per sheet then times it by 425 to equal the same size roll as the Kirkland brand, then it comes out to 31.6 cents/roll. The Kirkland brand is 50 cents/roll. So you still save 18.5 cents per roll. I believe this is a 36.6% savings. BUT if the TP is really as bad as the reviews say…. then I don't know that it is really worth saving then money.

  13. Oh I am so mad right now!!! Just got an email stating that I won't be receiving any of my 10 packages b/c they ended up running out. I was trying to order from their website between 12:01am – 12:15am but the price wasn't correct and it kept not giving any sort of discount – each pack was listed at $16.99 w/ no discount, even though it said it was the special deal. So I decided to go to sleep. Got up early at 6:30am and the transaction went through fine! I just can't believe that they sold out between 12:15am & 6:30am on a Saturday morning! I called customer service & they said there is nothing they can do. I asked her what would prevent someone from ordering 1000 packs & she said nothing. They definitely should have had a limit or something. Very unhappy with Staples right now & going to let the world know about it!

  14. So frustrated by this one! My order appeared to go through when I placed it on Saturday. Then, today, got an email that my order would not be honored… it was "while supplies last" and they decided their supply hadn't lasted. Can't tell me they couldn't know that while in the ordering process?

Thanks for your tips. They've usually been right on the money (saving). Just really frustrated by this particular non-deal.

  15. I wonder how long it will take Staples to start sending us their ads? After all, we placed orders (that were conveniently canceled) so they have our physical and email addresses. My biggest gripe is that I received an order confirmation for something that is supposedly out of stock. Every other company I've used online has their inventory computerized so orders are only processed if the item is in stock.

  16. I also got an email saying they could not meet demand and item not available!
