If you have piles and piles of coupon inserts waiting to be sorted through, here is a fantastic tool to help you. The famous “Lazybear” (who really isn’t very good at being lazy!) maintains a list in the PYP forums of what coupon inserts still have unexpired coupons in them. Once the last coupon in an insert expires, she removes it from the list. Here is the link to Lazybears “when to toss” thread:

When you’re in a not good position and have got no cash to go out from that, you would have to take the home loans. Just because it would help you for sure. I get short term loan every year and feel myself OK just because of that.
